Your office, set up once and run from one place.

Declare what your office is, invite your staff with the access each needs, put your own name and web address on what clients see, and pay for what you use from one balance.

Setting up an immigration office.

  1. Your office's details

Name, address and the people clients will deal with. The Launchpad lists every setup step and lets you come back to change any of them.

  2. Declare your role and states

Attorney's office, DOJ accredited representative, or a non-attorney office that helps clients with forms they chose, and the states you work in. That decides which steps and which client contract apply.

An attorney gives a bar state and number; an accredited representative gives the recognized organization and an accreditation date. Anything less is treated as a non-attorney office.

  3. Review your case templates

Look over the ready-made templates, copy the ones you use to make them your own, and add any filing your office handles that is not in the set.

  4. Invite your team

Add your staff and give each a position. Positions decide what each person can see and do, and there is no charge per person.

  5. Fund the wallet and bring your clients

Add funds for usage, then import your client list from a spreadsheet or CSV, mapping each column before anything is brought in.

Positions and permissions

Decide, position by position, which parts of MigrationPulse each can open and what it may do in each, and create positions of your own.

Two-step sign-in

Every staff account signs in with a second step, because the records behind it include passports, A-numbers and immigration status.

Your brand on the client's side

Your office's name, logo, colour and email from-name on the portal, the booking pages and the emails clients receive.

Your own web address

Put the links you send clients on your own domain. The page walks you through the one record to add and checks for it every hour.

One wallet for usage

AI, translations, identity checks, email and document storage are paid from one prepaid balance, with every charge shown and an optional automatic top-up.

Training for your staff

MigrationPulse University courses cover running the platform and using AI responsibly, each a set of lessons with a quiz.

Questions offices ask.

Is there a charge per staff member?

No. The plan covers everyone in the office. Positions decide what each person can see and do.

What does declaring our role change?

Which steps MigrationPulse offers and which client contract applies. Steps only a representative may take, such as adding Form G-28 to a forms packet, appear only for an attorney or an accredited representative whose accreditation is current.

Will our clients see your name or ours?

Yours. The portal, the booking pages and the emails clients receive carry your office's name, logo and colour, and links can sit on your own web address.

Can we bring our existing clients over?

Yes. Import your client list from a spreadsheet or CSV, mapping each column before anything is imported, and bring their documents in for the clients you already have.

We have more than one office. Can we run them together?

Yes. A network keeps each office's clients and staff to that office and gives the people who run it one view across every location. Networks are arranged with our team.
