Getting started with MigrationPulse

MigrationPulse is case management for immigration offices. It takes a client from first contact to a prepared case: the case and its checklist, the documents, translations, the forms packet and the dates that follow, with the client portal, the calendar and your staff in the same account.

Set up your office

  1. Get your account

MigrationPulse is not on sale yet. Get in touch and we will tell you the day it opens. Once you have an account, the invitation email takes you to choose a password and add a second sign-in step.

  2. Work through the Launchpad

The Launchpad lists your office's setup steps and lets you come back to change anything you entered. Start with your office's details.

  3. Declare your role and states

On the compliance screen, say whether your office is an attorney's office, a DOJ accredited representative, or a non-attorney office, and which states it works in. That decides which steps and which client contract apply.

  4. Review your case templates

Look over the ready-made templates for the most-filed forms. Copy the ones you use to make them your office's own, and add a template for any other filing you handle.

  5. Invite your team

Add your staff and give each a position. Positions decide what each person can see and do.

  6. Fund the wallet and bring your clients over

Add funds for usage such as AI and translations, then import your client list from a spreadsheet or CSV, mapping each column before anything is imported.

  7. Open your first case

Choose a client and the filing's template, record the client's signed contract, and ask the client for their documents through their portal.

Common questions

Does MigrationPulse file cases with USCIS?

No. MigrationPulse prepares the case and fills the current forms for your office to review. Filing stays with your office and your client, and your office records the filing date and receipt number on the case.

What does the wallet pay for?

Usage that costs something each time: AI beyond each person's included questions, translations, remote identity checks, email, meeting transcription and document storage. The Prices tab on the wallet lists every rate.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in a phone's browser. Clients open their portal, take photos of their documents and sign from their phone. There is nothing to install.

Which browsers are supported?

A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Video meetings need a steady connection and permission to use the camera and microphone.
