One link for everything your client has to do.

Your client opens one private link, in English or Spanish. It tells them where their case stands in plain words, lists what is still needed, and takes each document straight from their phone's camera.

What your client does.

  1. Open one private link

No account, no app and no password. The link opens their portal in any browser, carrying your office's name and logo. If they lose it, your office sends a fresh one.

  2. See where the case stands

While a case is open, the My case tab says in plain words which stage it has reached and what happens next, with a switch between English and Spanish.

  3. Send what is asked for

Each item still needed has Take a photo and Choose a file. A file lands in its slot on your checklist as Received, and your office checks it.

Your office asks for everything outstanding at once, in the client's preferred language.

  4. Sign and pay

Your office's contract is signed in the browser, typed or drawn. A fee your office has asked for is shown in the portal and paid by card once your office connects its payments account.

Your side of the same checklist.

Every item on a case is Needed, Asked for, Received, Checked or Not needed. The moment a client sends a file, your checklist shows it, and nothing counts as done until someone on your staff has checked it.

Built for a client who is anxious about their case.

Plain words, their own language, and nothing to set up.

Files sealed on arrival

Uploads are stored sealed in the client's documents. A photo taken on an iPhone arrives as an ordinary image your staff can open.

Identity confirmed once

When you take on a new client, confirm who they are in person at no charge, or remotely with a photo of their ID, a selfie and a check against official records, paid per step.

Reminders in their language

A key date on the case can remind the client by email, in the language they read, as well as reminding your staff.

Your name, not ours

The portal and the emails a client receives carry your office's name, logo and colour, and the links can sit on your own web address.

Translations land in their file

A certified translation goes to the client's documents beside the original it was made from.

Only their own case

A client's link opens their own portal and nothing else. Every office's records are walled off from every other office's.

Questions offices ask.

Do clients need an account or an app?

No. Each client gets one private link that opens their portal in any browser, on a phone or a computer. If a link is lost, your office sends a fresh one.

Does the portal work in Spanish?

Yes. The portal and the case tab work in English and Spanish with a switch, and a document request goes out in the language the client prefers.

Can clients sign their USCIS forms here?

No. E-signature in MigrationPulse is for your office's own contracts and documents. Government forms are signed by hand, and MigrationPulse never fills a signature on them.

How do clients pay our fees?

Your office asks for a fee and the client sees it in their portal, with what they have already paid. They can pay online by card once your office has connected its payments account.

What happens to a document after a client sends it?

It is stored sealed in the client's documents, attached to the checklist item it answers, and marked Received. Someone on your staff opens it and marks it Checked, or asks for it again.

Your client always knows what happens next.

Tell us about your office and a person on our team will get back to you.
