What you pay, and when.
Is there a charge per staff member or per case?
No. The plan covers every staff member in the office and every case. Beyond it you pay, from a prepaid wallet, only for what the office uses.
What does the wallet pay for?
Usage that costs us something each time: AI questions and translations by how much the AI reads and writes, remote identity checks per step, email, meeting transcription by the minute, and document storage by the gigabyte each month. Every rate is published, and each charge is shown to the fraction of a cent.
Can we pay monthly?
No. MigrationPulse is $1,999 a year, paid in full. There is no monthly option, deposit or payment plan.
