Consultations booked, reminded and held in one place.

Booking pages your clients use on their own, a personal link for each person on your staff, an email reminder before every appointment, and video meetings that open in the browser.

From a booking calendar to the meeting.

  1. Make a booking calendar

Set the length, the buffer between meetings, the minimum notice, how far ahead clients may book and the hours for each day. Choose whether it meets in person or by video, and give the page your logo and colour.

  2. Choose who it books

Put the staff it should book on the calendar. Its link offers a time when any of them is free and gives the booking to whoever has waited longest for one. Each person can also have a personal link that books only them.

  3. Share the link

Clients pick a time without an account. If two people choose the same time with the same person, the second is asked to pick another, so nobody is ever booked twice.

  4. Remind, then meet

The client gets a confirmation and an email reminder at the time you chose. A video booking comes with its meeting link, which opens in the browser for both sides.

Reminders go out only inside the hours your office sets, and each goes once. Move the appointment and the client is reminded again for the new time.

The calendar around your cases.

Your own calendar respected

Connect the outside calendar your staff already keep, and the times it shows as busy cannot be booked.

Video with nothing to install

Schedule a meeting, invite people and start it in the browser. A video booking gets its meeting link the moment it is made.

Transcripts only when you choose

Transcription is optional, everyone in the meeting is told while it records, and you get a summary with action items to confirm. It is paid by the minute from the wallet.

Tasks beside the calendar

To-dos with due dates, assigned to one person, several or a department, with a notification when one is yours.

Key dates on every case

Biometrics, interviews and response deadlines live on the case itself and remind the person responsible a set number of days before.

Booking pages in your name

Your office's logo, colour, title and its own readable link, on every booking page your clients see.

Questions offices ask.

Do clients need an account to book?

No. A client opens your booking link, picks a time and gives their details. The booking creates or updates their contact for your office.

Can two clients book the same time?

No. A booking page never books one person twice at the same time. If two people pick the same slot, the second is asked to choose another.

Can a client book a particular person on our staff?

Yes. Each staff member can have a personal link that books only them, on the calendar's own hours, length and notice. It never hands the client to a colleague.

What reminders do clients get?

A confirmation when they book, and an email reminder 1, 2, 24 or 48 hours before, as you choose for each calendar. Reminders go out only inside the hours your office sets.

Do meetings need any software?

No. Meetings run in the browser for your staff and your client alike.

Is every meeting recorded?

No. Transcription is off unless someone turns it on for a meeting, everyone in the room is told while it runs, and it is charged by the minute from your office's wallet.
