Data Deletion

Effective Date: October 31, 2026

Last Updated: October 31, 2026

This page explains how to have information held in MigrationPulse deleted. Who should ask depends on whose information it is. Our Privacy Policy describes what we hold and how long we keep it.

1. If you are a client of an immigration office

Your information belongs to the office that helps you, and the office decides what is kept. Ask the office first: it can delete what it holds about you, and it knows whether it must keep any of it. If you cannot reach the office, email support@migrationpulse.app. We will pass your request to the office and help it answer.

2. If your office has a MigrationPulse account

Your office's owner can ask us in writing, at support@migrationpulse.app from the address they sign in with, to delete the office's account data or particular records, such as the files uploaded for a client the office has deleted. We confirm the request comes from the owner, tell you if anything must be kept, and confirm by reply once the deletion is done.

Some records are kept for a fixed period and are not deleted before it ends, even on request: completed identity checks, and the records our Privacy Policy lists with them. Data the law requires us to keep is kept for as long as it requires. An account's data is not deleted automatically when the account ends, so ask us if you want it deleted.

3. If you work at an office

Ask your office's owner to remove you from the account. To have your own sign-in details deleted after that, email us from the address you signed in with.
