If we have got something wrong, tell us. This page is for complaints rather than questions: if you need help using something, support will get to you faster.
What we promise
- We will confirm we have it within three days, from a person, not an automated reply.
- You will have our answer within thirty days of the day you complained. If it is going to take longer, we will tell you before the thirty days are up rather than after, and say why.
- You will get a decision and the reasons for it: what we found, what we decided, and what we have done about it.
- We keep the record for seven years, so the answer can be checked long after the people involved have moved on.
If your complaint is about one of our customers
MigrationPulse is the software an immigration office runs on. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we do not file anything with any government agency, so we cannot change, speed up or explain a decision on your case. If your complaint is about the office itself, tell us anyway. We will look at whether anything on our side contributed, and we can raise it with them, but the office is a separate business and some things are theirs to answer. We will tell you plainly which is which rather than passing you back and forth.

Other ways to reach us
Email support@migrationpulse.app with the word complaint in the subject, or write to MigrationPulse Incorporated, Fajardo, Puerto Rico. A complaint by any route is treated the same way and gets the same deadlines.
If you would rather go elsewhere, or you are not satisfied with us
You do not have to come to us first, and complaining to us does not give up any other right you have.
- The Federal Trade Commission takes complaints about businesses, including immigration services scams, at reportfraud.ftc.gov, and explains how to get real help with an immigration case at consumer.ftc.gov.
- If someone who is not an attorney or an accredited representative gave you legal advice, represented you, or called themselves a "notario", the Justice Department's Executive Office for Immigration Review takes reports through its Fraud and Abuse Prevention Program, and USCIS explains common immigration scams at uscis.gov.
- Your state attorney general or consumer protection office, and in Puerto Rico the Departamento de Asuntos del Consumidor (DACO).
- If your complaint is about an attorney, the lawyer discipline office of the state where the attorney is licensed.
